Norma-Jean "NJ" Callahan has enjoyed an illustrious, award-winning career in real estate for over 22 years. As an accomplished rookie in 2002, she ranked in the top 98th percentile of agents nationwide in her first year at Coldwell Banker. Norma-Jean joined the new development sales and marketing firm, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, in 2007, where she began her meteoric rise to the top of the new development ranks. In her tenure, she has represented buildings totaling over $5 billion in sellouts and has worked for some of the world’s most prestigious developers including GID Development Group, Vornado Realty, Starwood, The Witkoff Group and Madison Equities. From her first building, Chelsea Modern, to launching Baccarat Hotel Residences and the iconic 220 Central Park South as Sales Director, among others, her success and reputation have made her one of the most sought-after sales leaders in the industry. In 2016, Norma-Jean was tapped to lead the highly acclaimed, $3.4 billion Waterline Square as Senior Sales Director. 2020 marked the year of her return to residential sales, this time with the unique and amazing skills honed over the years of working with clients and brokers from all parts of the world. She is known for her confidence, contagious spirit and unapologetic honesty. Now the Executive Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman, Norma-Jean will continue her unstoppable pursuit of excellence. NJ is an avid horse lover since childhood and enjoys traveling the world with her husband and spending time with her two gigantic standard poodles. She has also written her first novel and is completing her second.
