Norma-Jean joined the new development sales and marketing firm, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, in 2007, where she began her meteoric rise to the top of the new development ranks. In her tenure, she has represented buildings totaling over $5 billion in sellouts and has worked for some of the world’s most prestigious developers including GID Development Group, Vornado Realty, Starwood, The Witkoff Group and Madison Equities. From her first building, Chelsea Modern, to launching Baccarat Hotel Residences and the iconic 220 Central Park South as Sales Director, among others, her success and reputation have made her one of the most sought-after sales leaders in the industry. In 2016, Norma-Jean was tapped to lead the highly acclaimed, $3.4 billion Waterline Square as Senior Sales Director. 2020 marked the year of her return to residential sales, this time with the unique and amazing skills honed over the years of working with clients and brokers from all parts of the world. NJ is an avid horse lover since childhood and enjoys traveling the world with her husband and spending time with her two gigantic standard poodles. She has also written her first novel and is completing her second.
